About Kindr Wound Care

Who is Kindr Wound Care?

Kindr Wound Care is a specialty distributor of advanced wound graft products, focused on serving providers and patients with high-quality amniotic, collagen, and synthetic skin substitutes. We partner exclusively with FDA-registered manufacturers and AATB-accredited tissue processors, and we pair every product we ship with reimbursement, clinical, and operational support designed to make advanced wound care actually work in real practice.

What territories do you serve?

We serve providers across the continental United States, with overnight delivery to most ZIP codes and same-day options in major metros. Our reimbursement team is familiar with all seven Medicare Administrative Contractor jurisdictions and most major commercial payers.

How do you differ from other wound graft distributors?

Three things: (1) every product we carry is from an FDA-registered manufacturer and AATB-accredited tissue processor — no exceptions; (2) reimbursement, prior authorization, and denial support is included with every product, not sold separately or outsourced; and (3) we publish factual, neutral billing and clinical content because we believe better-informed providers and patients lead to better outcomes. We are not the cheapest, and we are not trying to be — we are the partner you want when the wound has to actually heal.

How do I become a referring provider or set up an account?

Setting up an account takes about 10 minutes. We will collect a signed account form, your W-9, your shipping and billing addresses, and resale or tax-exempt documentation if applicable. Once the account is active you can place orders online, by phone, or by fax, and your dedicated account representative will walk you through the first order. Start the process at the contact form below or call us directly.

Do you work with home health agencies and skilled nursing facilities?

Yes. We work with home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care hospitals, and wound care centers in addition to physician offices. Site-of-service billing and product selection differ across these settings, and our reimbursement team can help you set up the right ordering and documentation workflow for each.

Still Have Questions?

Reach our reimbursement and clinical team directly. We respond to most inquiries within one business day.
